Medplaya Hotel Rio Park

Just returned from a week's holiday here. Food was lovely very good choice and something different every night. The meats were cooked perfect. Kebab night was our favourite 😋. They have a small separate food section for kids which is great. Snack bar had plenty of choice for days around the pool. Pop more expensive than alchol we found vending machines better value. Busy hotel but never felt we had to queue for 2 long. And plenty sunbeds. Lifeguard seen taking off towels for people leaving beds unattended for hours Great entertainment for both kids and adults day and night. We didn't feel we needed to leave hotel due to being plenty to keep the kids busy. The games room is definitely a bonus 👌. Rooms cleaned everyday not enough towels for 4 people had to request more a few times but was always got them straight away. Our only complaint was we had to be moved rooms as 1 part of the group was put into a room for 3 people not 4 although there was 4 on the booking but hotel didnt have our 4th guest on their notes. Got a better room with a fab pool view in the end. 15 mins walk to the beach, supermarkets 2 mins away for snacks drinks ect. We will definitely be returning in the future lovely stay 😊

Brilliant hotel, just returned from a 5 night stay, weather was beautiful. Rooms; very clean spacious and cleaned daily. Pool; open 9 - 5 very clean!! Life guard their at all times. Plenty sun loungers. Food; only booked breakfast which was Okay.. bacon wasn’t English, plenty of choice though. We paid €10 each night for tea which was lovely, lots of selection. Chinese night on Fridays which was amazing!! Have to pay extra for drinks but the staff walk round with a trolly with cold drinks! Entertainment; something on every night, mainly singing acts then karaoke. Close to main strip, plenty of bars & restaurants and 10 minute walk to beach which was lovely!! Highly recommend! Thank you Rio Park for a lovely stay!!!

Just returned from a one week stay at this hotel. Rooms were comfortable and cleaned every day, although had to request extra towels some days as we were a room of 3 not 2. There was a good variety of food each day and the Gala night was fantastic. A special shout out to the Entertainments Team who were friendly and worked tirelessly on activities and shows. Would definitely return to this hotel.
