I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Rixos. The services are exceptional, and everything in the hotel is maintained at the highest level of cleanliness and quality. The hotel is truly a fantastic place for families and especially for children, with so many activities and facilities to enjoy. The staff were extremely helpful, attentive, and always friendly. They never left me with any issue unanswered and supported me throughout my stay. They even organized a beautiful evening for a special family occasion, which made our trip unforgettable. In addition, the hotel’s mobile application is very practical and made everything even more convenient. Overall, I would highly recommend Rixos to anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. It was a memorable stay, and I look forward to returning again.

Excellent Stay with Great Service and Hospitality I stayed at this hotel with my family for five days and was thoroughly impressed by the warm hospitality, professional service, and the friendly demeanor of the staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel offers a wide variety of delicious and diverse food options, and the presence of several bars throughout the property added to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and refreshing experience. One suggestion I have for the hotel management is to introduce more daytime activities for guests, such as group sports, poolside competitions, or even dance events, to further enhance the overall experience. During our stay, a minor issue occurred in our room, but the hotel staff and management handled it promptly and respectfully. They went above and beyond by inviting me to the spa to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, which I truly appreciated. Overall, our stay was excellent, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to returning in the future.

Great service. Staff are really friendly and welcoming. The land of legends pass is a great incentive and worth having with the hotel booking, transfers included. The food is amazing, fresh and a really wide selection. There is an adults only section in the dining area which is also good. Facilities are also amazing. The rooms are a little bit dated, however, the staff are willing to make you feel as comfortable as possible and provide you with anything that you need.
