Excellent hotel at a reasonable price. The room has all the amenities, good WiFi reception, and the Internet speed is sufficient for video communication. Room cleaning daily
Nice rooms that are kept up well and nice decor. The restaurants that are available are good. Two of them cater more for the Japanese pallet. They are a bit expensive for Yuzhno. The beds are on the firm side. The location good. For summer visits there is a nice park right across the road and for winter visits the ski slope is very close. There is a night club in the hotel but I have never been so I could not comment. The lobby bar is lacking and the decor is a little tacky. Overall a good place to stay.
Rating Karaoke and reception communication I was celebrating my birthday. A day before I asked reception to book a room for me and 2 of my friends. Not only they told me that there are only rooms for 15 people left with 15000rub deposit but also they didn’t book it.. so on my birthday I had to explain the receptionist at karaoke that I booked the room and then go and find 15000rub cash as no one told me I couldn’t put this on my room. My experience was lower than I ever expected. I am very disappointed thy I had to go Through this one bday. Very unprofessional.
