Megasaray Mount Erciyes

My parents heard my cries about a winter holiday and chose THE BEST place to stay. Where do I begin? The food was AMAZING!! Seriously, I’m a really picky eater but I devoured EVERYTHING here. Especially the sweets, they were able to satisfy my sweet tooth so well! The rooms were beautiful, the moment I stepped in I was mesmerized. The interior was cozy, it made staying indoors such a vibe! I was smiling ear to ear when I plopped myself onto those little couches. The staff was lovely! I forgot her name (sorry) but there was a lady who was such a friendly person! I’m usually pretty shy around people but they made me feel so welcome! I usually stayed in my room so I don’t think I can rate the hotel’s interior as a whole, but from what I saw, it was just as cozy as our room, which was VERY cozy. The pools were nice! I just wish there was a more hotter pool we could relax in. The water was lukewarm, which is fair enough, but I really wanted a thermal pool :(( I might’ve been seen as too optimistic here, but trust me. This was the BEST hotel I’ve EVER EVER stayed. I was so sad when we had to leave. Take my word people! You wouldn’t want to miss out on those yummy sweets lol I personally want to thank the hotel for such a great experience. I could tell they really cared about us customers. Which is wonderful. I’m definitely begging my parents to take me there again.

Amazing hotel at perfect location. Rooms are large and clean, we could enjoy morning coffee with Ski slope view from our balcony Kitchen is extremely delicious for full board service. I believe it’s Megasaray chain tradition Cocktail menu and wine selections are also available, Lynchburg lemonade and butcher restaurant must be tried All ski equipments are new and people are kind and professional Special thank to instructors Ahmet and Yakup

An hour-long wait for a steak, while being the only customer in the restaurant. I started to wonder if they had to personally hunt down the cow before cooking it. As for the hotel’s so-called Starbucks, it proudly offers exactly one type of milk, with zero plant-based options. Honestly, how do they even get away with calling themselves Starbucks when they can’t make 80% of the menu? Might as well just rename it Generic Coffee Stand.
