Meininger Hotel London Hyde Park

Great location near Paddington Station—super convenient for getting around. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We booked a standard king room, which was fine for what we needed. Just a heads-up: rooms are smaller than what you might expect if you're used to U.S. hotels, but it worked well for our three-night stay. Daily housekeeping was consistent, and the fridge was always restocked. Overall, a great experience. We’d definitely stay here again.

Overall, it was a good stay. I liked the following: - close to Paddington Station, which serves many london underground stations. - spacious size suite - lovely bathroom - in room facilities were good. Forgot my shaver so nice to have one in the room - comfortable bed - staff very quick to respond to queries. - lots of food and drink places near by. What could be improved: - more breakfast options. Certainly felt like there were limited options, and presentation could be improved when it was served. - access to the balcony. Yes, I understand "health and safety" rules, but it would have been nice to use it, especially when there were already tables and chairs on the balcony. - heard the lawnmower in use early in the morning in the open space outside the hotel. Overall, I would recommend the stay and would return for a future visit.

Very small but comfortable room. A/C was great to have and worked well. Great breakfast at Bella Italia (connected to the hotel). Unfortunately housekeeping never cleaned our room during our 3-day stay.
