Incredible Experience at Marriott Docklands! From the moment I stepped into the Marriott Hotel Docklands, I was blown away by the atmosphere — it’s modern, elegant, and just has that luxurious feel from the get-go. The service was absolutely flawless; every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. The pool and spa area was a standout for me — so clean, peaceful, and relaxing. It felt like a little hidden sanctuary in the middle of the city. I also made use of the gym, which was super well-equipped and spotless, perfect for staying on track even while traveling. The morning breakfast was another highlight. The variety was impressive — from fresh fruits and pastries to a full hot breakfast, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Overall, the vibe of the whole hotel is just amazing. Whether you’re here for a relaxing weekend, a special occasion, or just a city escape, this place ticks all the boxes. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be returning!

I stayed at Marriott Dockland when they first time open the door 3 years ago and I was impressed with the excellent 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟customer service in every department (customer service is very important to me when staying in the hotel) that’s why I made video about this hotel on my YouTube channel Trisno Tjandi. I am holding Titanium Elite Bonvoy I stay in the hotel 50+nights every year from $200-2000+ per night. This year From February- April 2025 I stayed on off around 38nights, I checked in at the front desk emmm for me it wasn’t my favourite department I thought it’s just a bad day . I enjoyed the swimming pool nice and relaxing and we ordered the foods were yummy it’s so chill. We quite enjoyed the club lounge even though no snacks during the day as they used to but the customer service in the evening from a Philippines lady was excellent 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟full of smiles always checking and clear our table before we requested. The only thing We really enjoyed the hotel when we had our breakfast, F&B team were awesome 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟they smiled a lot every single stayed we felt we were welcomed in the hotel. We really appreciate the customer service so much because that’s why we pay to stay other wise why would we pay to stay when we have a nicer place to stay at home 😊 and SMILE is FREE! This is the WORST part of the hotel according my opinion which was the Front Desk 🌟🌟, 95% of them the attitude and service like they don’t need the customers. I don’t need to mention names and all stories but I give you a very simple example: I told one of the staff at the front desk that in one of the lift was really bad smell and the staff told me yes someone spilled the milk before. I worked in customer service for over 15 years that’s the first time I heard low standard 🌟🌟 reply especially in THE HOTEL! You guys really need professional training if you want to maximise the value of the company, this is how I would reply to the customer: “smile to the customer, yes someone spilled the milk in the lift before and it has been cleaned but I will ask the cleaning lady to double check again and freshen the lift”. Your hotel really has great potential to increase your business, the key is simple you only need two things which are SMILES and Good ATTITUDE and both are FREE! Out of all your front desk only two are good the Indonesian girl night shift and Caucasian girl during my checked in. Once you fix the issues in my opinion you are in the great location, nice rooms and facilities you could charge $300-$400 in normal day. Thank you
