We have been staying at the Melbourne Metropole for many years. Love the facilities and great location. Staff are amazing always willing to help and support when requested. Great to have daily room service to check everything is fine. Would give 10 stars if I could. Even better now the cafe is operating.
Great location. Reasonably priced. Helpful and friendly staff. Spacious apartments. The complex is a bit tired, and rooms could do with a spruce up. Little things like having extra utensils in the kitchen (they were limited - made it hard to prepare full meals) would have helped. But, overall, we were very happy. Thanks team!
Fantastic location. Quick and easy walk or tram ride to the centre of the CBD. Lots of places to eat and drink close by. Room was basic, but had plenty of room and everything we needed for an overnight stay in the city. Free parking is a massive bonus. Friendly and helpful staff at reception.
