I stayed in the level room for three nights with my sister. Everything was perfect! All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was immaculately clean and the food exceeded our expectations. The view of the castle and beach from our room and the level lounge was amazing. If you're looking for a great location, this is the hotel for you. I'll definitely be back with my husband. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful!
Absolutely beautiful hotel. Set in perfect location for everything. Pool great but a little small. There are daily activities from wine tasting, leather workshops to making your own Tote bag. Aqua aerobics was fun. Great views of the port or beach. Really clean hotel with great staff. Tram stop is 10 minutes walk. Plenty of taxis available outside. 2 min walk to the beach, you can access the beach from beside the pool area but the door closed at 6pm. Busy market across from hotel selling everything and souvenirs. Bit pricy, you can get the same things from the shops in town. Breakfast is fantastic, a lot on offer and really well presented. There is a pool bar and a restaurant in the hotel. But plenty of food options around inc MacDonalds and Burger King a few minutes walk away.
Good location, but can get noisy when there is a concert near the casino. Friendly staff. Room was OK. Wi-Fi, not that good. Used my own phone data most of the time. Bed was nice and firm. I liked the pillows. Good water pressure in the bathroom. Strong AC. Good gym! I wish that the pool was a little bit bigger. Luckily, hotel is located very close to the beach. Water is warmer than the pool water. Breakfast was good, but nothing spectacular. I liked the juice selections tho, and the local hams. Other hotel guests were also quite nice and well behaved. Maybe because this hotel is a little bit more expensive? We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't mind to stay here next time we are in Alicante.
