Had a lovely week with family here. We choose The Level as we have adult children and glad we did. There is a quiet area for sun loungers next to the adult pool and this is all centered around the Level lounge which has drinks and snacks and a place to get out of the sun for a bit. The rooms were good, and well equipped. All the staff were very friendly and made our stay extra special.
We stayed here for 12nights to celebrate my partners birthday and it was fantastic. Cannot fault the stay. The room was great, the balcony had a great view of the ocean, the hotel was lovely with great amenities. By far the best part of this stay was the entertainment team. They all made us feel so welcome and got us involved in so many different activities. The whole team was so lovely, chatting to us throughout our stay both inside and outside of the activities and really made sure we enjoyed ourselves. I would 100% come back here again and that is all thanks to the entertainment team.
Stayed here 10 days with our 6 month old. Staff are wonderful, friendly approachable and super helpful. Hotel is comfy, well laid out, clean and well furnished. Lovely mix of people stay at the hotel and very family friendly. Would recommend to people who are looking for a family friendly hotel with calm vibes.
