We came from the airport late at night to this hotel, because our plane had a 7h delay. On the reception we found Sandra and the whole reception team, so helpful kind and compassionate. (on the 18th June 2025) They did their best to help us, and get us a clean room with room service. The food was amazing, and the room was clean and tidy. If we need to stay in Madrid airport, definitely we will go back to this hotel!
Missed our connection to Rome, so we stayed at this nice hotel for our one night in Madrid. The folks working were very nice, and the rooms were spacious. Area around the hotel was not great, but it was safe. We were not able to take advantage of going downtown to the touristy area, so not sure of the proximity from the hotel. All in all, very nice place.
I truly enjoyed guest service more than the stay. Sandra Galan at reception brought my documents to sign at the bar of the hotel, I don't write reviews about the hotels, but I want to thank to General Manager of the hotel for hiring such passionate team ! Bravo girls...
