And as for the food… there are no words! Every dish is prepared with care and bursting with flavor, perfectly combining high quality with elegant presentation. A true delight for the taste buds. Without a doubt, the experience at Meliá – and especially The Level package – makes your stay unforgettable.

We loved the this hotel very very much. The best service we have ever encountered. Anything we asked for was taken care of. Our breakfast at the level was superb and the staff, especially Santiago was very friendly, kind and basically made our morning ten times more enjoyable. We would definitely come back simply for the amazing staff and service.

We had an amazing experience thanks to the two fantastic bartenders at the hotel bar. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always had a smile on their faces. Their cocktails were excellent, and they made us feel welcome every evening. Their positive energy really stood out and added something special to our stay.
