A great hotel in a good location. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful at all hours of the day and clearly take the safety and well-being of their guests very seriously. The hotel is within wasy walking distance of an organic grocery store, a 24-hour pharmacy, the Ibirapuera shopping centre, and the Moema metro station.
Rooms, staff, all excellent!!! The staff are incredible and very accommodating. Hospitality 5 stars!!
Nice hotel with great location. Not the best in the area but satisfying enough. Supermarkets and shopping malls within 10 minutes walk. Safe community to go out alone. Reception speaks good English with excellent service. No business centre but can ask for free printing at the front desk. WiFi are good during the stay. Overall good experience.
