Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Was traveling Solo from Canada and felt extremely safe in the neighborhood, was able to walk around at night alone and go to incredible restaurants and bars in the area. Very upscale area so it’s great for travelers. The hotel staff was very attentive and willing to assist with anything. The room was clean, large and had a great balcony with a view of the city. The lobby area is beautiful and my favorite was the rooftop, I used the gym & sauna daily and was a great addition to my stay. Thank you!
Rooms are small and need to be renovated. Staff is friendly and food and location are fine. Window in my room did not close and you have to pull the bed away from the wall to reach the light switches and thermostats.... not sure what is going on with that. TV gets about 15% of the listed channels and the rest say "not available".
If you arrive early they trying to sell you an upgraded room and they tell you that you’re room is not ready. The air conditioning makes a lot of noise. The rooms are big and comfort
