Melia Jardines del Teide Adults Only

This was our second time spending our holiday at Meliá Jardines del Teide because we enjoyed it so much the first time. The main reason is the exceptionally friendly staff – everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay. Angelica and Ariell, for example, always welcomed us so warmly at mealtimes and did everything they could to make us feel at home. Thanks to them, we truly felt at home, which is why we decided to come back right after our first trip. It is honestly the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. The rooms are modern, spotless, and well maintained, and the food is absolutely delicious. The grounds are stunning and feel like a lush garden, making it the perfect place to relax. We will definitely be back soon!

We needed a relaxing break and this was exactly the right spot. 10 nights in early mid May, great, not too hot weather, great views from this elevated location, lovely pool and junior suite room. Lots of steps but lifts at every point if you want to avoid. A 15 minute walk down into Adeje and a bit longer on the way back…. Great bit of coastline and some lovely restaurants there too. Whatever your interpretation of 5 stars… this place is beautifully appointed, extremely clean, has lovely non pretentious service and facilities. We were half board and enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the outdoor terrace of the buffet restaurant every day and found food that we thoroughly enjoyed from the great selection presented. I can’t remember all the names of the staff we met but there were some lovely and helpful characters, especially if you make time to engage. Leila in the restaurant was a star. 🌟 The entertainment each evening was definitely worth being around for and had something for everyone. A very chilled and relaxing break. 🥂☀️😎

We stayed at Meliá Jardines del Teide (July 2025 - 10 Nights) as a family of five with The Level package. The hotel is beautifully set on a hillside with lovely gardens and ocean views. The Level Lounge was a great bonus, especially on a half-board plan — it offered snacks, premium drinks (4–6pm), and a calm breakfast spot. !!! All opinions expressed are entirely my own and based on my personal experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though air conditioning could be more efficient. We were disappointed to find drinks (even water) weren’t included with dinner, but Level Manager Gema kindly resolved this. Staff were truly the highlight — warm, helpful, and professional. Shout out to Jose, Julian, Milagros, and Angelica for their exceptional service. The main pool was fantastic (heated and spacious), but the Level pool lacked privacy. Evening entertainment was okay, though not to our taste. We also had issues with the minibar not being cleared of alcohol as requested, which took several days to sort. Overall, the hotel has a lot of charm and potential. With a few improvements, it could be excellent. We may consider returning.
