I stayed at the hotel with my family in June and we had such a great experience. The room was bright, spacious, and very clean. Beds were super comfortable and we had everything we needed. It was also quiet at night, and we felt safe throughout the stay. I didn’t manage to take any photos, but I found one online, and honestly, it looked almost identical to the room we had! The service really stood out. Every staff member we met, from reception to the room attendants, greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. Anytime we needed extra towels or bottled water, they responded quickly and kindly. The hotel is connected to a mall with lots of food options and even a massage place, really convenient after a long day out 😊 After I got home, I realised I’d left something behind. I contacted the hotel, and they kindly arranged to pass it to my friend visiting KL, refusing to let me cover any costs. I was really touched by that gesture!🙏🏻This hotel may not be in the heart of KL, but we actually appreciated being away from the traffic. All in all, a fantastic stay, highly recommend!!☺️
This hotel is the best. But the TV didn't work properly but it's still good. I hope I can come back to stay there again... It also gives us extra bed which is good... Very nice location also faster to take the metro this hotel is the best. I will come back there again this hotel also has a scenic elevator that you can see the view from the elevator that means this is a very nice hotel. But do not disturb anybody when room is do not disturb
I was thoroughly impressed with the staff and service of this hotel. It is very well run, organized and very much feels like a 5 star experience in terms of service. One employee "Jev" was especially helpful to us. The property itself in some ways is starting to feel slightly dated, the food offerings such as Breakfast and dinner were just above average. There is a rooftop bar with great view that I think they could invest much more into. All things considered I recommend this hotel for a stay in KL and would go further to suggest booking a "Level" room for a much better experience overall.
