Love this hotel, it is a great place to stay in Seville. It’s about a 25 minute walk or 10/15 minute tram to the main tourist centre. Rooms are very clean, pool is large, staff are all friendly and breakfast is fantastic. Also very quiet, no disturbances at night from other guests. Would stay again!

We stayed at this luxury hotel for three nights and had an overall good experience. The location is excellent—very close to a tram station, train station, and a nearby mall, which made getting around and shopping very convenient. The hotel itself is luxurious and beautifully designed. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-arranged. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. However, for a four-star hotel, we expected basic amenities like an iron, slippers, and a shower cap to be readily available in the room. These items are only provided upon request. For example, I requested an iron, which was collected the next day, and I had to call again to get it back. It’s a good hotel overall, but it would be more satisfying if such amenities were available in-room without needing to call each time

Great location in the centre of Seville walking distance to lots of great places. Reception and other majority of staff were lovely. Only downside is the housekeeping seem quite incompetent, the floor is dirty and we had to wear shoes the entire time in the room, bed sheets not changed if dirty beds just made, dirty mugs left not replaced, dirty towels left on floor not replaced. Nice location but the room was not up to standards. Lovely fresh water in reception area which is nice when returning from being out in the heat.
