A super hotel right on the marina in Palma. Beautiful and clean inside and has everything that you need, great gym and lots of open spaces. Room nice and clean, breakfast great. Best thing were the staff, all of them including cleaners really lovely and made you very comfortable. Would definitely come and stay again!
Room great, but need maintenance. The location amazing! Exceptional! Did paid 1300£ for 5 days no breakfast, great view but expensive. Maybe because of the season. Great service overall 👏! So this fixes everything 👏. Great food menu! And I can see why it was that expensive. Thank you Hanna ! From room service, and the pool barr team, amazing 👏! Reception team amazing 👏! From 1 to 10 il give a decent 8.5
Overall a nice hotel. We had a The Level rooms on the 5th floor with a nice view of the pool and Palma Bay. The room was OK but no wow factor. They provide a free Bluetooth speaker which is great unless the room next door plays it at full volume. The Level lounge serves cakes and small bites all day but it's not the sort of place you'd want to spend much time. There is plenty of alcohol available in bottles. The pool is fairly small but the water is a nice temperature. There is a decent pool bar with good food. People play ball games in the pool which is annoying and the hotel don't stop it. The sun starts going down on the pool area at 5PM in August. There are rooms with solarium beds one level up but the sun goes down on those just after lunch. Breakfast is good with a large selection of freshly cooked food and plenty of bread and pastries. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's a 20 minute walk into town along the newly landscaped marina walk.
