Highlights: - Clean rooms, very nice interior & comfy bed - Excellent room service, great focus on details - Prime location, best area to stay for travelers Areas to Improve: - Breakfast experience was quite terrible, first day we struggled to even find a free table, all tables are so close to each other that it's super noisy, food selection is okay, but more 4 star level than 5, breakfast starts at 6:00 am but egg station opens at 7:00 am - Multiple smaller inconveniences, like the key card not working for the power in the room (needed to go down to reception again to get another), elevator maintenance during our stay (one less elevator), sauna not turned on (staff turned it on when we asked, but takes ± 20 minutes to heat up) Overall, we would stay here again, for the price we paid it feels still good value. The experience does not match the quality of some other Melia Hotels (e.g. Madrid) though.

Terrible experience. This is the standard of how they prepare your bed. Also, was missing the bedsheet between the body and thw blanket, forcing you to sleep in contact with a blanket potentially touched by every customer. This is not only unaccepptable standard for a 5* hotel but also show how low higenic standards and poor quality check and audit on housekeeping. Save your money before booking here and choose any other hotel

Room is simple plain and small. The bathroom drain was blocked. I couldn’t have shower waiting for maintenance. They could just change us to another room instead! Disappoint
