We stayed in a premium room overlooking the plaza - great view and room. This hotel is in an excellent location, close to the silk building and the market. Lots of little shops and coffee places and tapas bars quite close as well as some higher end restaurants. The train station is also close. Front desk very professional and all bilingual. We had a misunderstanding regarding the power outage but it was resolved by upper management -all good . We would stay there again if we ever get back to Valencia .
Excellent location. My room seemed outdated. Air conditioning available, unfortunately only active when the key is in master switch, so tge room can get quite hot and take time to cool down on hot day. This is unfortunate, so requesting a 2nd key is something to consider. Breakfast is reasonable. Location is good, but be aware that some rooms face a side street with milked windows becase the neighbours building is just a few meters opposite. I would not recommend the room I had. I understand that other rooms fair better.
There is a green light in the room which is very bright and affect our sleep. The location is centrally located which means there are loud sounds at night u tile at least 1 a.m. The breakfast selection is appalling. The spoons are dirty when I pick it up. The lift is very small and not sufficient for the guests.
