I highly recommend this hotel. Their customer service is outstanding. The best part that I enjoyed was the experience at the Botánic restaurant. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. Especially with the marvelous waitress Milagros. She made my family feel so welcoming, including my self. Milagros is very attentive and would recommend me the best food choices of the menu and I have to say the food is amazing as well. I'm a Chef for a professional NFL- The New York Giants and I love to try new and delicious flavors.

My experience with this hotel was great but my review has more to do with the restaurant Botanic. This restaurant has amazing food but our waitress Milagros was spectacular. Her personality is amazing and she made us feel like home. She is one of the best waitress I ever came across and I will definitely ask for her again when I come visit again. She deserves a raise because her service is like no other!

Fabulous stay, especially for families and golf lovers. The hotel was beautiful and charming (much better in reality than on the website pictures). The staff is very nice and welcoming, especially Paloma. Amazing kids club team (Ines, Victor, etc) and sport team (Victor, Felipe, pilates teacher)! They also propose craft activities (like leather workshop which was super fun). Breakfast and evening buffets were very good. We were happy to choose the Level option as the Level restaurant has a very nice view on the pool and you have access to a lounge with snacks and drinks (including a second lounge specially dedicated for kids where they can also play). The shows were nice too (in particular the magic show) and our kid absolutely loved the minidisco every evening.
