The hotel’s location is perfect – right in the heart of Hue, making it convenient to explore local attractions, restaurants, and cafes. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The pool and spa facilities were also top-notch, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. What truly stood out was the level of service – thoughtful, polite, and always going the extra mile. This is a place where you feel genuinely cared for. I highly recommend Meliá Vinpearl Hue to anyone visiting the city – whether for business or leisure. I will definitely return on my next trip!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We arrived late at night (3 AM) after a terrible night bus. The staff were amazing, welcomed us and showed us our room. Beds were comfy, breakfast was good. Location is perfect for Grab (all grabs were there within one minute). Pool and gym were great as well. It really was one of the greatest hotels we have stayed at in Vietnam

We liked the convenient location, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the gym and the views from the room, which was amazing. We loved that there is a supermarket attached to the hotel. Staff were very accommodating and welcoming. Disliked · Breakfast LOOKS amazing in terms of ambience; however, the food options are a bit limited for vegetarians and vegans considering that Vietnamese food has many options for both. We struggled finding suitable options for hot things, and given how much you pay we think this is something to improve
