The staff went above and beyond, surprising me with a delicious cake and even a personalized birthday note. It was thoughtful, elegant, and completely unforgettable. Every corner of this hotel speaks of luxury — from the plush bedding to the world-class dining and relaxing spa. I felt pampered and valued throughout my entire stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refined and memorable getaway!

Fantastic place! We spent Christmas 2024/2025 here and I must say it was one of the best holidays of my life. All the people in the entire hotel complex are wonderful, kind, polite and try to make your stay unforgettable. We were lucky to have the whole house with a private pool to ourselves. The facilities are stunning, spacious and magnificent. The food is perfect, the choice is incredible - sweet, salty, fruit, vegetables, soups, meat, fish, pastries, lots of options and variations for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is nothing we did not like here. The beach is also beautiful, the sand is soft and the sea is wonderfully clean. The hotel offers bicycle rental for a ride around the area. I also recommend renting a scooter to travel around the island, which definitely has something to offer. You will simply fall in love with Vietnam, their culture and hospitality is incredible. I love it!

Very disappointing food, almost zero vegetarian options, no courtesy from chef or staff to serve or prepare unlike other 5 star properties! Property is fantastic, location is top notch including the private beach. The Ala Carte restaurant we had dinner near the pool served excellent pizza & coffees. Amazing kids play area with the girl handling that area very well gelling with the kids. Just that the main restaurant with Buffet doesn’t have staff & chef worthy of a 5 star property. They hardly had 2 Indian vegetarian dishes with staff neither running away from refilling stations. No courtesy from Chefs to accommodate some requests unlike other 5 star properties elsewhere.
