Melia Vinpearl Quang Binh

We loved our stay here, I wish we could have spent more time in DongHoi. Our one night stay was lovely, everything was great including our room, the herbal massage at the spa and the food & drinks! We had some good drinks at the bar in the lobby and our bartender, Nam, gave excellent suggestions for food and made perfect cocktails.

I had a wonderful stay at Meliá Vinpearl Hotel in Dong Hoi. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff always ready to help. As a vegetarian, I was pleased with the variety of vegetarian options available, and they were happy to prepare custom dishes upon request. The hotel’s location is ideal, just a short distance from the airport and an hour from cave exploration sites, with plenty of taxis available. We booked through GetYourGuide for cave and hotel from Agoda, and everything went smoothly. It’s a great choice for anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

My daughter and I stayed there for one night during my business trip. Everything was perfect, except for a few things that the Melia hotel managers and staff could consider improving. The good points are that the staff are friendly, but they forgot to provide me with a welcome drink/cake when I arrived, which is different from what I saw advertised by guests. The spray nozzle at the toilet has low water pressure, which is a poor point in both the hotel room and the swimming pool. It has many good points: the room is perfectly clean and well-designed, and the furniture is good. However, the temperature in the lobby is a little bit hot, not cool. I also want a table to work, like a business room or space/zone for a meeting room online through a laptop, but they don't have one. In summary, this is an excellent place in Quang Binh. I will come back and want to see the improvement.
