Melia White House Hotel

I recently enjoyed an unforgettable week-long stay at the Meliá, and overall, it was a truly wonderful experience. Almost everything was perfect: the staff were super friendly, the delicious breakfast was a daily highlight, and the hotel gave out a lovely Spanish vibe. However, there were a couple of minor issues during my stay that, while not ruining the trip, did stand out. Firstly, we requested packed breakfasts twice and specifically asked for alternatives to pastries, as we don't eat them. Unfortunately, on both occasions, our packed breakfasts still contained pastries. Secondly, one evening, a housekeeping staff member opened our door without knocking, asking if we needed anything like water or a chocolate bar. This was a rather unsettling incident. I reported it to the team, who were very concerned and checked in with us frequently the following day to ensure we were okay. However, we never received any follow-up regarding the investigation's results or an explanation before we checked out. And yes, as one of the other comments said, they do need more attention to details when cleaning the floor… Despite these issues, this trip was still incredibly special to me, and I genuinely LOVE Meliá White House. I truly hope they can address these areas for improvement, as I will definitely be back!

The hotel is worth the price. And employees are very helpful and friendly. But If I would leave that aside, the cleanliness of the room is moderate. Because I can see dust everywhere, on telephone on tissue box , plus the isolation is very weak that I can hear the car wheels moving outside and the cleaning process in the other room. Their breakfast is excellent and I have had it delivered in my room for extra 5 pounds.

Did not sleep well, very noisy in corridor and other rooms all through the night. Bed was hard and pillows very squishy. Lots of dust around the room and overly crowded with furniture. Breakfast had a great variety but black pudding was rock solid. Wont be staying again.
