Excellent hotel with very good standing for this price ! The rooftop is very enjoyable (especially the hammocks). The parking is way better than I thought and not enough advocated to my point of view. It is wide enough for a medium size SUV. I understood that some room can be noisy depending on the side of the hotel but it was not our case.

We had a great stay here! In the heart of Playa del Carmen but tucked away from all the noise and buzz. The rooms were clean and well equipped, staff were nice and helpful. The rooftop is really nice too. There is also a spacious free parking which was great. We had a lovely, quiet stay here.

This is not my first time in Playa del Carmen and I have stayed in different hotels of different categories so I have something to compare with. To be honest, at first glance this hotel really does evoke positive reviews. I wanted to immediately praise how good the service is and the friendly staff, but unfortunately after the room was cleaned, my personal item disappeared from my suitcase. I was very upset and offended. I immediately noticed that something was wrong because the things in my open suitcase were not in the same order as before the room was cleaned. The guy at the reception wanted to help me by showing me the video surveillance on the camera, but it did not help. The hotel representatives did not apologize in any way and did not try to deal with this unpleasant situation. I hope the management will read my review and take measures to select the right staff. But this situation has happened to me for the first time in my life as a tourist, when after cleaning my personal item disappears from my suitcase.
