The hotel is claiming its a 5 stars, but in reality is around 3 stars. No room service available, no mini bar available. The view is great, but enough for the stars claimed. Breakfast us ok- ish. Dinner is ...poor quality.
The hotel disappointed us greatly. First of all, the door handle of the balcony was broken. There was no wifi connection at the room. It showed 1/3 signal but it was impossible to connect. The tv was not working. It was a very old TV, I never saw that “no signal” screen over a decade till now. There was a very bad sewer smell when you’re out on the balcony. There is not much going on in or around the hotel, it is very boring. The pool is very small, it is uncomfortable if there are other people in the pool. There was only a non-responsible man at the reception, told us to wait till tomorrow. Otherwise, there was no problem with the room. It was a clean room and perhaps a good place if you are looking for a place only to sleep.
