Hotel location is good, rooms are decent size. Toilets are built on no privacy style. Hotel has very strange smell in the main corridor, and from the rooms as well. View is amazing and nice ambience Food is not recommended from hotel.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The internet was not working, and when I reached out to the front desk, instead of offering help, they claimed it wasn’t their fault and suggested I stay elsewhere if I wasn’t happy. The staff’s attitude was rude and dismissive — they ended the call abruptly without even a simple apology. There was no effort to resolve the issue or show any concern for guest comfort. I would strongly advise others to consider different accommodation options.

I experienced a serious issue with the hotel’s internet service. When I called the reception, instead of addressing the problem, they told me it wasn’t their fault and that I could stay at another hotel if I didn’t like it. This approach was not only unhelpful but also quite rude. The call was abruptly ended, and the phone was hung up on me. I encountered a management style that clearly does not prioritize guest satisfaction and prefers to shift blame rather than solve problems. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
