Meliá Cayo Coco

Enjoying the amazing adults only hotel, resort and the best service in Cuba. Definitely is above the expectation experience. The place is conveniently located just 15 minutes drive from airport, the rooms are very clean and the air conditioning is working perfectly keeping your room cool in the middle of the day. The beach is outstanding as well as pool is located near everything in the resort. The food is good and they serve mango, papaya, guava, watermelon-you name it. As well as verity of vegetables, meets, sweets. Just enjoying our pleasant stay. Very safe and relaxing place though Highly recommend!!

Im very late posting this review, forgot to post due to a health issue the last year. However feel it is important to post for the hotel and for future guest. I know I depend on these post to help make my decisions on where to go. We stayed at Melia Cayo Coco Feb 2024. It is a gem! My husband and I are in our 50s and it is a perfect resort for what we are looking for. It may be boring for young people. We love the smaller size of the resort. It doesn't take up a lot of time to get from one place to another. The beach is stunning, one of the best we have been on! There were no shortages at all. The food and drink were plentiful. The staff are top notch from front desk to food service, bar service, maid service, grounds. All so sweet and helpful. We were booked into a room close to the beach as requested, however it was close to the tennis court which was under renovations so loud and not much privacy on the deck. I request a change and they didn't have anything that day but said to check back in the morning. When I did they had something for us a renovation room which was such a bonus for my husband who is 6 foot 4 inches and could never fit in the showers. There was an extra charge but they even gave us a deal. So so kind, this really made our vacation. The entertainment was great, the theater was the same as all other resorts however what I really loved, that was a bit different, was the local entertainers early evening in the lobby. Amazing talent! I told the Prince that I would do a review and was not about to go back on my word. He was always there to accommodate us with anything! I would recommend this resort hands down if you are looking for quiet, small and chill.

The beach is the most beautiful I have ever seen—clean, quiet, and warm. The food was delicious, and the resort has three restaurants where the meals were amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I highly recommend this resort.
