Amazing location for relaxing, having a quality time with your loved ones. The beach is another level how purified for the soul can be, I don’t have words enough for describe this unbelievable experience, you should come in person and see how beautiful Cuba can be, it would be your perfect vacation if you’re trying to escape from the day-to-day routine. Our stay was fabulous! The food was very good, authentic Cuban flavors. The room was clean as well as all the facilities in the hotel and the staff was extraordinary and we were well cared for the entire week! We went on an excursion to Santa Clara and the tour guide was very kind and well versed in both French and English! Finally, the location was EXCELLENT!! Right next to the beach! It was an amazing birthday trip for my Mother and I, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a vacation in Cuba, we will certainly be back!
No decent food / yes you won't starve but there is nothing decent. Very limited supply of water / 1 bottle for 4 guests! (although a couple tips fixed that problem...).This is my 4th visit here, first one being on 2006. Every time I see a further decline of a once very very beautiful resort. I booked 14 nights and my wife and children are begging me from the first day to find tickets to return home ASAP.... The beach though is spectacular (one of Carribean's best).
