I had a really great stay here! The cozy room was exactly as described – warm, clean, and comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere that made it feel like home. One of the highlights of my stay was the amazing service from the front desk staff, especially Miss Lyla. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. she made everything smooth and welcoming. The location is unbeatable – right on Gloucester Road, just a 3-minute walk from the tube station. Super convenient for exploring London, whether you’re here for sightseeing or business. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! 💫

A great hotel with stunning decor and a remarkable attention to detail. Special mention to the Front Office Team; to Anastasia, who welcomed us with professionalism and elegance, and to Paula for her warmth. We would also like to thank the breakfast staff for their friendliness. Additionally, the room was spacious, immaculate, and well-maintained, with a thoughtful harmony in the details. Moreover, all minibar and amenities are exclusive, providing a sense of luxury. The location is ideal, with excellent tube connections nearby. As for breakfast, it is definitely worth it. The quality of the products was truly satisfying. To finalize, we would like to mention the great attentiveness of the housekeeping team when providing service to our room. A big thank you to all operative staff, and we sincerely hope to see them again soon.

Meliá Kensington location is great, and the rooms were comfortable. Reception attention was so kind and helpful, the best of the hotel. We expected more for the breakfast as in other Meliá hotels we have stayed it was tasty, but here not so much variety and also the attention of the breakfast staff was a little bit uncomfortable.
