Meliá Orlando Celebration

My Level suite was incredibly spacious and thoughtfully designed. Having a full kitchen in the suite was incredibly convenient, offering the flexibility to prepare meals and snacks as desired. The comfortable beds and overall pristine cleanliness of the room contributed to a truly restful stay. The staff, from the front desk to the poolside Level attendants like Desi, and Jen were consistently friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Their genuine hospitality truly made a difference.

We had an amazing few days at Meliá Orlando. The facilities are comfortable, the location is perfect, and the hotel’s atmosphere is ideal for relaxing and enjoying your time. What truly elevated our experience was the guest service, especially at the front desk. The whole team was professional and welcoming, and we’d like to give special mention to Melania and Jennifer, who greeted us with kindness, a great sense of humor, and a problem-solving attitude. Their commitment to excellent service and their ability to work seamlessly with the team made everything run smoothly. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly return. Nice hotel especially if you have a family and want a kitchen to prepare meals . It was more like a small apartment. Pool area was nice but get there early as people do place a towel down to hold their chairs. The restaurant on the property was probably the best amenity. Food and drinks were great and it made you feel like you were on vacation with a poolside bar/restaurant. For those traveling for Disney or Old Town, the location is great. Hotel staff were all very friendly especially the restaurant staff. One minor hiccup was we woke up early to get breakfast and hang by the pool before check out and when we got back to the room at 10:30, we saw the cleaning staff and exiting our room. They said they assumed that e had checked out. I had all my personal items in the safe but my sister left her money and jewelry out in the bedroom dresser. She also works at a hotel and questioned why they would enter a room with a do not disturb sign on it if 1. It was only 10:30am and 2.The front desk didn’t inform them that we checked out. I wasn’t too upset over it but again my sister being in hospitality, she wasn’t thrilled. This being said, I would totally stay here again and great place for a staycation for those of us who live in Orlando.
