Meliá Zahara Resort & Villas

A wonderful place with beautiful villas and a great service. Everyone was super friendly, the reception of "The Level" very empathic and asking me more then once while I stayed in the hotel if everything is fine. Check-in and Check-out very efficient and friendly. The cleanliness of the room and the restaurant/lobby/pool were impressive - the housekeeping did a really good job. If you leave the hotel, you are only a few meters away from the wonderful beach and can enjoy a fantastic sunset every evening. Little points to improve: At the restaurant the description of the food was missing most of the time or the labels were blank. If you ask the cooks you always get a friendly answer, but it would be easier if the labels are correct/filled.

The Le sufficient personnel to keep up with so many people. Food in the buffet restaurant was bland. Several items on the counters were not marked. And again lots of children running around and touching food with their bare hands. We ate there only during our first evening and decided to eatç the elsewhere for the remainder of our stay. The only positive thing I can mention is that our room met our expectations. We will not return to this Melia hotel.

Sitting at their lunch right now. Food tastes disgusting. Very flavourless very weird. Hope they eat this themselves one time n pay for it. Not worth anything. The cocktails are not what they are called, the martini has nothing to do with the original. Disappointed. Rooms r nice and pool too. The service is also weird as they messed everything up and the coffee was the worst I have tried tastes like burned butt….
