Mellowtrees Accommodation

I stayed here for a week, we are very surprised the facility is so convenient for our trip. It has well equipped kitchen, a living room space for TV and couch, the bathroom is also very clean. We did late check in, the reception was closed so we had to do our check in process through the phone and the gentleman who guided through the process was very polite and instructed me very clear which impressed me in this warm interaction even not in face.

This is a great place. Stayed in a spacious apartment with all the amenities. Very clean and comfy. Great value for the price. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean laundry room. The best is the location. Lots of cafe's and restaurants within walking distance. Supermarkets and servos too. Short walk to Salamanca Market. It's a great base to explore Hobart.

Visited in end of May 2025 Got free room upgrade. Glad we got this room, so big and nice. In terms of room facilities and quality, this was the best compared to other places we stayed during our trip in Melbourne and Great Ocean Road. Love the bed as it is firm enough (other places have bad bedding). This place is very clean, they have small fridge in the room, and microwave for share outside. Parking lot is huge. The area does not have a lot to see or visit tho. There are some smaller shops and a few restaurants.
