Absolutely amazing stay!! The hotel is luxurious, and the rooms were spotless — everything felt clean and well-maintained and very quiet, The front desk staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and available 24/7. I made several requests during my stay, and each one was handled efficiently, making the experience smooth and stress-free for both me and my friend. The hotel is close to everything, if you are taking bus is right on the same street, there is a trader joys across the street and pharmacy 6m walking too. One detail I really appreciated was being able to store my bag before check-in — it made a big difference. Overall, the service went above and beyond my expectations. Huge thanks and cheers to the entire hotel team!

We never usually spend the money to stay at a "boutique hotel", especially while on vacation. But, it was a special occasion. For my birthday, my husband chose the hotel. It was chosen for its location and reasonable price for what it was. We arrived late in the evening, very late, but the front desk gal Melissa was super helpful and wonderfully sweet for it being almost 2am. We stayed 3 nights and the only real complaint we had was the a/c wasn't working in our room. Liz at the desk worked so hard to rectify situation as soon as she possibly could. The service here is exemplary. The location is good, located super close to the metro at Foggy Bottom and other great restaurants. It's quiet and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was good, a little on the bland side, but still good. Fresh coffee and tea in the lobby every morning is a lovely touch.

I’ll start by complimenting the staff. Everyone I spoke with and encountered were genuinely courteous, helpful, and swift. We booked for June 26-29, the rooms are horrendous. There were disgusting stains throughout the rooms and hair in the bathroom. We switched rooms in hopes for a cleaner space, but unfortunately we had the same issue. The hotel is very very very old and we were even told that housekeeping only cleans rooms every 3 days of the stay. I’ve never heard of that before. At the bar, there were mosquitoes circling about. In less than 10 minutes my friend had 3 huge bites on her arm. We checked in and checked out within less than 2 hours of our stay (ended up staying at Hotel AKA just around the corner for the same price — it was lovely!). We had no issues with a refund because we booked through a third party, very efficient. However, 3 days ago — a month after our initial stay I was charged over $200 to my card by the hotel. Apparently there was a mix up where I was incorrectly refunded a last month. Again, the staff was helpful but it was annoying having to follow up a month after the trip for a hotel I spent all of 2 hours in. Definitely would never stay there again lol but again nice staff
