The apartments are cleaned immaculately and the staff are SO friendly and eager to help to make your stay perfect, I agree with an earlier review that disabled accessibility is quite limited, but Kassiopi is a very hilly location and lots of friendly transport can take you anywhere on the island. The bar and waiting staff are the best! Menus are of the tastiest food cooked to perfection, my only complaint would be the limited variety of meat on offer. We will definitely return, but maybe not all inclusive.

A very disappointing hotel. The room was dark and very basic. The bed was extremely hard and the hair dryer was dangerous, I can't comment on other rooms, but ours definitely needs a refresh. We were booked on an all-inclusive package, but only tried the breakfast, which was very unappetising, the only fresh fruit was dried out and browning. There were huge piles of dry bread and the cooked options were cold and had clearly been out for sometime. The location is good for walking into Kassiopi and there are plenty of pool options on site. But we were there out of season and there were still issues with noise after the bar closed at midnight, so it's possible it could be very noisy in peak season! I personally would not stay here again, but it may be okay for families or big groups.

The resort has changed its name to Michelangelo Resort. I Booked with TUI and expected a lot more. After traveling with TUI to Mexico and then Dominican Republic in multiple locations. I came to expect a certain standard however I have been hit with the harsh reality no matter who you book with always do your due diligence. For me it was the food that was the major let down. There was an incredible lack of variety lot of the meat dishes/options had a funny aftertaste that I can only compare to detergent. I believe a lot of the leftovers were recycled into other dishes to save money. Even the fresh fruit was not so fresh. I believe the over ripened kiwi fruit from the morning would end up in fruit cocktails in the evening and this did not improve the taste. The usual expectation from an all-inclusive holiday is the drinks will be weak and this was no different some would even consider them to be super weak. The cocktail list was annoyingly limited. No strawberry Daiquiri or Mojito and entertainment was almost non existent. On the plus side the rooms were okay shower and water was fine and not a bug in sight. No Iron available at this resort otherwise the reception staff were helpful and attentive whenever engaged. Overall Would I stay here again? If the price was right maybe, otherwise unless I heard a refurb took place and there were changes and rave reviews. No! I wish I consulted Trip Advisor before I booked!!!
