The best hotel for this price during our whole trip to Cambodia. Rooms are clean and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. Breakfasts are fantastic with wide variety to accommodate any taste. I would like to thank to the whole staff and especially to Judy to make our stay memorable. I would recommend this hotel and will certainly stay here when I will travel to Siem Riep again.
My friends and I stayed at Memoire d'Angkor Boutique Hotel recently. It was conveniently located within walking distance or a short tuk-tuk ride to many attractions. The warmth and hospitality of the staff can be felt the moment we walked through the door. The Front Desk Manager, Judy and her dedicated staff were there to greet us with their warm lovely smiles. What strikes me most is that Judy and her staff make the effort to remember our names and room numbers. In particular, the day we checked out was early in the morning before 7am. I had assumed that as a manager, Judy would not be at work that early and said by farewell to her the night before she left work. To my surprise, Judy was there the next morning to wish us goodbye. What was even more surprise was when she helped me with my luggage and walked me to the car to wish me goodbye. Judy, thank you for your kind hospitality and warmth friendship. Thank you to your dedicated staff and most importantly thank you for going the extra mile to make my stay memorable! 🙏♥️
A very nice and cosy boutique hotel located within arm's reach of eateries and stores. The pool is nice and clean, there's a spa centre, and breakfast was decent. The spread wasn't a lot tho. The lift is quite weird. The max it goes is to the 4th floor. My room was on the 5th so I had to take the stairs. Not an issue but it could be when someone has heavy luggage and they need to take 2 flights of stairs to and from the 4th floor. Service was really good and they were friendly. On the first night, my door wouldn't open due to the lock being jammed so the nice young man from the front desk had to use his whole body to knock the door open like a battering ram. Thankfully it was an isolated incident.
