Memoire Siem Reap Hotel

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcomed—everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The customer service truly stood out and made our experience extra special. One of the highlights was the massage spa. Not only was it very reasonably priced, but the service was top-notch—so relaxing and professional. Highly recommend it if you’re looking to unwind during your stay. Breakfast was amazing each morning—great variety, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented. The front desk staff were always helpful and kind, ready to assist with anything we needed. The pool area was also a big plus clean, peaceful, and perfect for lounging. The only issues we encountered were in the room. The bathroom shower design needs improvement; there was a large gap in the glass that caused water to spill out onto the floor every time we used it. Also, the balcony door had a noticeable gap, which let a few bugs in. Overall, though, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return! Just a few small fixes and this place would be perfect.

We absolutely loved this place. The staff were amazing, nothing too much trouble. Lucky, thank you again for being you. Your smile each time you saw us made us smile with you. You weren't the only one, but unfortunately yours is the only name we remember! Loved our room and pool. We didn't eat there so can't comment. Would go back there tomorrow if we could!

We have loved our stay at this hotel! The rooms are spacious, staff are amazing, especially Chet Somnang (Lucky) who has helped us out so much and been so kind!! She helped me organise a massage that was really relaxing and our room had plenty of water to drink and my family loved the egg station at breakfast! And the pool was a hit for the kids. Thank you Lucky for making our stay wonderful! The location is close to everything we wanted to see, about 10 min away.
