I had visited this place on 20 Aug 25. The service provided by one of the staff Preeti is pretty good and the ambience is quiet nice. The value of service is good and once again the staff Preeti thanks to you... Keep doing the same.

I'm writing this for their food... I've ordered from Swiggy so I can't comment on their service. Anyways the food was horrible. Trust me guys you got far better hotels than this one in karunagappally. The price for an egg biriyani was 210. You can buy a really good chicken or beef biryani for just 150. This one was very very very disappointing. Cooked rice with an egg inside. Is that a biriyani. They are literally stealing people. 300 for beef fry and 300+ for chicken tikka. Worst worst worst. They are looting.

Our recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The property is poorly maintained, with unhygienic conditions throughout. Bathrooms were mouldy, floors were grimy, and even the furniture and lampshades were dusty and worn out. The room had an unpleasant smell, including a strong cigarette odor, and basic cleanliness was clearly neglected—pillows and blankets were dirty and appeared unwashed. The staff were unhelpful, with reception attempting to arrange taxis at unreasonable prices. Basic amenities were lacking, such as tissues, which we had to request. The breakfast experience was of poor quality and dirty dishes. Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the reason given was the "season," which felt unheard. Overall, the hotel is overpriced for the substandard service and facilities it offers. We wouldn't recommend it.
