I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights with my friends and we all had a wonderful time. The people are so nice and always ready to help. The pool was undoubtedly my favorite part, so clean and blue, and the palm trees around give it such a beach vibe even though this is a city hotel. The location is really good as well, I could go to any part of Havana so easily from here. I’ll go again!!
The staff were friendly and accommodated us in everything we needed. The views were nice and hotel overall great for Cuba. It was a bit older and the ac was not 100%, as well as the food was ok. It was good for the money spent.
I had stay in this hotel for two day. They gave me only one bottle drinking water for 2 day. When i asked them to give me drinking water then they refuse and replied that i can only buy water from lobby bar by paying card only. I had cash with me , no card. Still they didn't arrange anything. I was very thirsty and it was really shocking. And also no water for bath till afternoon. No safe lock , No Tv remote , No Room Service, also had some wifi problem, Breakfast also ok. Really had bad experience in this hotel.
