Memphis Riverline Hotel

This room was huge.. The windows could use a little cleaning so that you could see the beautiful view we had.. But all in all my stay was great and the bathroom was amazing.. The furniture could use a little more cleaning but I would stay again definitely..

Rooms are clean. Little bit of maintenance required, tightening up thermostat fixtures, ect. Main doors out of service the entire 5 day stay. One elevator out of service and another one didn't actually stop at the floor, as it was about 10 inches above the hallway floor. Had to help a couple people step down, while others held the doors open. Thankfully, I only saw that happen only once. No free parking on the property, waiting on valet was a slight inconvenience. Will explore other options in the future.

I traveled 12 hours from Florida and when I worked in hotels at Florida.Our check in times were eleven o'clock in the morning. As soon as I arrive, the the kid at the desk was completely rude. When I was asking questions about I don't understand it went through my bank and all and it said I was ready to Check-in. He was really rude to me. I don't appreciate it. I am dead dog tired. I just want to go to sleep. I drove 12 hours straight. Now I'm gonna what sleep in my car till 4 o'clock and right now it is 11:30 this is ridiculous. And you should hire someone with more hospitality than that little boy.
