I recently stayed at Mena Andalusia Hotel and overall, it was a good experience with a few drawbacks. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable making for a pleasant stay. The breakfast is great offering a variety of options, including fresh fruits and delicious croissants. However, the room service is not up to the mark—if you're staying for a long time, they don't clean the room regularly which can be frustrating. Another small issue is that the receptionists sometimes struggle with English which can make communication a bit challenging. Despite this, the *hotel's location is excellent. Overall, if you’re looking for a well-located hotel with good rooms and breakfast, Mena Andalusia is a decent choice
Buffet was not as I expected all the used meat was very bad in quality I will give 2 out of 10 for iftar buffet in holiday inn Olaya
I had a very disappointing stay at Mena Andalusia Hotel. Upon arrival, I noticed several issues that made my stay uncomfortable. First, there was no tissue box available in the room. The toilet was uncleared, and despite making multiple requests, the bathroom towel was not provided until much later. The biggest inconvenience was the lack of drinking water, which I had to repeatedly ask for. After several requests, they finally topped up the drinking water, but there were no cups available to drink from, which I found quite frustrating. Overall, the service was lacking, and I would not recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and well-maintained stay.
