Excellent high-quality hotel room with 24-hour gym in great location, next to mall of emirates. Incredibly kind, helpful & efficient reception staff who quickly sorted out my booking. Highly recommended.

This place offers an average experience. It has a nice location,very close to the Mall. But the furniture is quite old,and the view is not one of the best. The air conditioning is right above the bed,so it’s really cold while sleeping. The breakfast is good,the restaurant is pleasant,but don’t go there to have dinner.

I had a very bad experience in this hotel with the recipient Vishwa he had a bad attitude with us specially we are ladies he doesn’t have any manners how to deal with the customer he need a skills improvement and there was no value parking and the WiFi is so sooo bad
