Mena Hotel Al Jubail

We arrived after dark and stayed for just one night, so I can't say anything about the dinner. The room was nice. Breakfast was generous and both hot and cold. The dining room not only has a library, a large screen TV, but also a beautiful display of fascinating shells. The atmosphere was nice and friendly. The pool is large and inviting

I'm not visit in the hotel my friend lived near from hotel but he knows affordable price n good management main thing very nice view sea side only just few steps with furnished good 👍

Thinking of staying here during during a festival season? please don't think and stop right there if its a season. You are coming out of your home to change your environment and this guy on the reception will not look at you although its your turn, instead he will judge the other books by cover and show a complete racist attitude and will serve people of his own choice no factor of respect for a guy standing in front of him for 30 minutes. Then when you remind him of your presence the guy is just going to say these people came before you. To the guy in front of me, he gave lame excuses, i cannot find your booking, what is your room type, i can't find your name. Its all about handling the crowd. Yes you could tell me to please wait n be seated. But a total lack of training about hospitality. I am not going to stay ever in any of golden tulip hotels. I pay for the peace of mind and leisure. Not to argue with a front desk guy who doesnt know how to treat his guests. Like the whole of Saudi Arabia, Jubail is definitely nice place for tourism but a few black sheep like him will spoil your mood. I wish google had negative stars for rating.
