I had a 6 day stay at this hotel. Had a great experience here. The food was great, the rooms and the service were really good. Ashish, one of their employees, was very professional and helpful. He ensured that the service made the stay very comfortable. The service is quick here. The gym and swimming pool are well maintained and well equipped. Totally recommended to stay here.
Ashish is amazing in his service and always makes me and my colleagues feel welcomed and comfortable. The hotel has good facilities including gym pool sauna steam and spa. Along with a Costa coffee shop in the reception area. Food is always good quality and taste. Thank you to all of you.
Abdo alawahdi walter,he is very nice. He served so nicely the way he communicate with us excellent. But overall experience is worst we can't use the pool we have to get key card to use the gym which is inconvenient that we go and get the cards for gym and your reception staff is not taking any calls we have to wait for so long then they pick up the call when we chceked so many time they are not available on reception and why everything only for male?very very sad what i should i do if no facility available
