Menalo Hotel Premium Istanbul Airport

It was our blind booking during our last stay in Istanbul due to streets being closed in Istanbul on May 1, 2025, by our taxibdriver, but what a find. It was 10 minutes from the airport and a nice scenic view of the hills, cows, and everything Turkey had to offer. Rooms feel like a condominium vibe with velvet style couches and windows to bring in fresh air and of the most comfortable beds(No Bed Bugs) to energize for a long flight home. Breakfast was included, and I enjoyed the taste of Turkish delight. I was impressed with the scent of the rooms, bathroom, and comfort of room 215. Staff were amazing as well. Saul(thank you)

On arrival at 4am, staff were VERY helpful and friendly and put our bags in store and brought more water and towels. Thankyou. However, quality of the building is very poor, we stayed in room 213 and I could hear EVERYTHING in the rooms around us. From TV noise to pipes making very loud noise when toilets flushed. Not recommended for getting some sleep between flights unless you have good ear plugs, or perhaps you can guarantee a top floor room which might have been better. Breakfast was only a Turkish breakfast which wasn’t great for kids especially, waiter took order for eggs which didn’t arrive, we decided to head back to the airport early rather than attempt lunch at the hotel which seemed quite expensive.

I recommend this hotel for short transit as it is ten min drive from airport The room price is good however, the restaurant for a reason charge in Euro instead of Turkish lira ! And it is overpriced! I ate with family in price that passes the rooms prices already. No other alternative as you are in the middle of no where. I hope it is not a twisting arm trick! Service is not bad but despite the hot weather room fridge is not working and when asked for water they brought very hot water bottles!
