Very well maintained rooms with all amenities ,nice restaurants and food very good and friendly staff
I did not have option to give a negetive rating so gave 1 star … If it’s your hard earned money if it’s time for vacation please please never book this hotel .. — STAFF IS VERY RUDE — MOST OF THE TIME THE MENU AVAILABLE IS JUST FOR SHOW WHEN YOU GO FOR DINNER OR LUNCH THEY GIVE YOU A 3 line menu like for someone in sentence or a prison . — WORST PART FROM ENTRANCE TO YOUR ROOM TAKES 15 mins to walk . — further after 11 pm even if you need water the reception alarms the phone down and says call in morning .. god forbid if there is some emergency… This is not a hotel the staff the facilities all are a sham I was to stay here for 4 days I came today evening at 8 pm and I am leaving tomorrow at 12 pm … Save your life a terrible experience …DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER IN YOUR LIFE TIME
If you are not lucky like they give you room from another block. It takes 10min from reception to room. You need to call elevator and reach to the 7th floor. From there you need to walk to another block with 5 min walking. After that you need another elevator to reach your floor. And if you are lucky your room card which need for using elevator, will work for 2nd one because I faces a issue couple times and had to come back to reception. It was really time consuming hotel. By the way my toilet was leaking water and my toilet was always wet
