Mennabroom

Mennabroom is a secret jewel of Cornwall. Located just off the A30 with links to Bodmin and surroundings, the farm and cottages lie in a beautiful valley close to Colliford Lake reservoir. With all the comforts you could possibly need, including a cream tea on arrival, from beginning to end this was a beautiful place to stay. Deborah and Ian are the perfect hosts as are Betty and Eddie their dogs. Don’t go for parties and nightlife, although Mennabroom is an ideal place to stay if you go to such events nearby. Access is easy, the cottage was beautifully warm and very well appointed, and is kept fresh and up to date which I can attest to you having visited on a number of occasions over quite a few years. I shouldn’t really have told you all this because I’d like to keep it all to myself but I’m feeling generous so I’ll let you share it. There is no better place to go in Cornwall.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mennabroom, the room was cozy and immaculate! Deborah and Ian were perfect hosts, very friendly and accommodating. The homemade breakfast was delicious. Thank you for a brilliant stay and we will definitely be back!

5 stars all round! We were down in Cornwall for a wedding and luckily stumbled across the b&b for our accommodation. The room was absolutely spotless and the perfect size. We felt very pleased to have found Deborah and Ian’s B&B and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking to stay!
