Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Well kept hotel close to beach, restaurants, stores, etc. Booked online for a two week stay and would have extended at or above original price if rooms were available. In contrast to some reviews I enjoyed the included breakfast; a 3 egg omelet with buffet of vegetables, fruits, fresh baguettes, and endless Vietnamese coffee. Nationals also seemed to enjoy the full buffet. My room (302) was smallish but more than adequate for a solo traveler. The front desk, buffet, and housekeeping staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was smaller than depicted but well maintained and would have been inviting had the weather been warmer. Early in my stay there was problem with the air conditioner which was promptly fixed by the, also friendly, polite, engineering staff. Thank you all.

Nice location and its a 5 minute walk from the beach. Staff is okay, the security guard is a very helpful and kind old man. The building is obviously quite old, but the rooms were well maintained. Breakfast is the same everyday and the food tastes like it’s from the previous day. Pretty much an okay hotel for a very reasonable price:)

The rooms were so so much smaller than the pictures. The walls were really thin and we could hear the bathroom flush from the other room as well as the elevator ding all night. Breakfast was mediocre. Location is great though. 5 mins walk to the beach, lots of marts and eateries just outside.
