Menorah Hotel

Super spacious, clean with lovely, helpful staff. Fantastic kosher breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable, tad old-fashioned (which I loved) with nice bathrobe, slippers and proper, traditional services.

A very neat and comfortable hotel in the center of Dnipro. The entire complex, which not only houses the hotel, is excellently maintained and serviced. Unfortunately has the hotel management decided to close the restaurant for breakfast if not enough guest are staying (mostly on weekends). First day I stoud infront of a closed restaurant door and was informed by the security that I could pick up a breakfast bag from the reception. Quite unusual for a hotel of that class I thought, but the breakfast items provided in the bag were quite good and more than enough. Unfortunately no coffee was availabe and the reception recommended to go outside 😯 For next day (Sunday) a breakfast preorder for the "Hummus Bar" was taken by the receptionist. The breakfast itself was amazing, but a second coffee had to be paid!? This approach is not particularly customer-oriented and casts a very bad image on an otherwise good hotel... 😪

I was here once, and it’ll be my last time! Service here is awful, especially if you came as legal entity! Somehow price is changing to bigger side 2-3 times a week, also you would need talk with 4-5 managers which don’t talk with each other. If you really like to solve troubles, please enjoy, but if you want just have hotel with at least clear understanding of prices please choose different place.
