Great hotel! We had a lovely stay. The rooms are big, comfortable, clean. The staff is helpful and kind. Thank you for the great service and see you next time.

I was not impressed with this hotel. I was given to understand that this hotel was a 4 star rated hotel but that is further from the truth. Initially My Wife & I were placed in a twin bed room. The beds were old and sagging. The bathrooms were old and not decently maintained. When I queried as to why we were not placed in a room with double beds, I was told that they are over booked. The supper arrangements comprised of different eating times and our group was said that dinner would be at 20h30. When we got to the dinning room, most of the hot food was finished. The phones in the rooms were not working, so you couldn't liase with the reception area. Our Group members had continuous problems with the toilets and bathing facilities. Overall it was not a pleasant stay.

Rude staff that try to withhold service and water for your group meals to hustle you into paying for drinks then try to act like you didn’t pay and want you to pay a second time for things that are free every other hotel. The food is not good compared to every other hotel and the rooms are dated, damaged, and not especially clean. Worst hotel we have stayed at in Morocco and I’m not sure how they manage a 4 star rating.
